We check all items carefully prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email and tell us the reason for the return. Please return within 14 days.
The cost of return postage shall be borne by you – and we recommend all returns and exchanges are sent by a recorded service.
How to pack returns
It is very important that all returned items are packaged appropriately. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and with the original packaging accompanied by the order form (please keep a copy for your reference).
Goods are returned entirely at the sender’s risk. Wue cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained in transit, however caused. We will acknowledge receipt of the package to you via email.

You are legally entitled to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the product and return it for a full refund. This does not apply to orders that have been ‘Personalised’ (unless they are faulty) discounted or items purchased in sales or special promotions.

Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. Wue accepts no liability to how long particular banks take to process cards.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly
