UK deliveryWe offer complimentary standard delivery for all orders over £25 within the UK. Orders are normally delivered within 2-3 working days. For all orders over £10 a signature is required, otherwise it will be kept by your local delivery office so that you can arrange redelivery or collection.
If you need your order as soon as possible we also offer Express Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 1pm. Next day delivery costs £6.50 and will require a signature upon delivery (please note this is for next working day only and excludes bank holidays). Unfortunately our express delivery service is non-refundable should no one be available to sign for delivery.
Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will take 5-7 working days, while deliveries to other international countries will take around 10 working days. Deliveries to Europe cost £8.50 and international deliveries cost £15.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any customs duties or fees incurred when the package enters their country and any delays incurred due to customs procedures/ hold ups are not included in the delivery timescale given above.
Prices shown on this website include VAT (tax) at 20%. There is no VAT due on orders delivered outside of the European Union and VAT will be deducted automatically at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Wue is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
We hope that you are delighted with your Wue purchase but if you decide not to keep an item you ordered online you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging, including any soft pouch or gift box. All returns should be accompanied by the original invoice and please make sure that items are well packed and insured. You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend using a trusted recorded delivery service. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have been checked and exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.
To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Authorization Number. To obtain this, please email us at email@example.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning. We will then reply back with your RA# (which you'll need to include in the address field of your package) and the address for sending the return items. This RA# is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Please do not return any item(s) until you have contacted us and received your RA#. Upon receipt of the shipment we will contact you by email to confirm your return or exchange. Please note we can only accept returns on personalised products if they are faulty or were damaged upon arrival.
