Jewellery

- The more you care for your jewelry, the longer it will last.
- Always remove your jewellery before doing any activity that risks physical damage.
- When not being worn, store in a safe, dry place to protect against the elements of daily exposure.
- Store pieces separately to avoid damage.
- Ensure pieces are completely dry before storing.
- Certain metals like sterling silver can be prone to tarnishing hence proactive maintenance is the easiest and best way to care for your pieces.
- Regularly cleaning your pieces helps to avoid the residue buildup that can dull the original shine.
- To clean with a polishing cloth, gently buff the entire piece until any discoloration or marks are no longer visible.
- To clean with a jewelry cleaning solution, follow the instructions. Use a soft brush to remove dirt from finer areas and chains. Dry with a soft, clean cloth and polish with a polishing cloth if required. Always ensure pieces are completely dry before storing.

- 925 Sterling Silver is a lustrous metal made of 92.5% pure silver. It is highly durable and designed for everyday wear.
- Silver is one of the quickest metals to oxidise so requires regular cleaning.
- Tarnishing is a natural process caused by oxidisation/ moisture from air especially when left unworn. It is not a manufacturing fault.
- Proactive maintenance is the best way to prolong the lifespan of sterling silver.
- Store in a safe, dry place to protect your pieces from the elements of daily exposure.
- Clean by wiping with a soft, dry cloth. To remove tarnish, buff gently with a silver polishing cloth.
- Alternatively get that glimmer back by using a good quality silver cleaning solution. Follow the instructions and dry with a soft, clean cloth.
- Avoid any solutions or polishes that contain harsh chemicals.
- Always ensure pieces are completely dry before storing.
- Please note that for pieces made of oxidized silver, a dry clean is recommended with no water or silver cleaning polish; otherwise, the finish may rub off entirely.

- Gold on sterling silver is made using 925 sterling silver with a layer of gold plated on top. Take care to protect the later of gold from being worn away or nicked.

- Gemstones are susceptible to discoloration and fading when excessively exposed to natural elements such as sun, salt water, perspiration and chemical irritants like chlorine, cosmetics, perfume and lotions.
- When not being worn, store your jewelry in a safe, dry place to protect it from the elements of daily exposure.
- Gently clean in warm water using non-detergent soap and a soft brush. Rinse well and dry with a soft, clean cloth.
- Do not use cleaners or solutions that contain abrasive compounds.
- Always ensure pieces are completely dry before storing.

- Freshwater pearl is a natural material that should be cherished and treated with care.
- Maintain the brilliance and lustre of pearls by wearing them often to prevent drying.
- Avoid wearing it when it is likely to be scuffed against other jewellery or hard surfaces.
- Apply makeup, hairspray and perfume before putting on your pearl jewellery.
- Wipe your pearls with a soft cloth to remove skin oils and makeup residue after wearing, and store in a fabric or felt-lined box or pouch.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, polishing cloths, steam or ultrasonic cleaners.
Leather

- Leather is a natural material that has different, unique characteristics from hide to hide.
- Signs of wrinkling, colour or grain nuances are not imperfections but subtle evidence of a genuine, raw material.
- Creasing or colour changes can occur over time which are all natural features of leather.
- Store leather goods in a cool, dry environment when not in use.
- Avoid leaving leather products in prolonged sunlight or other high intensity light which can lead to irreversible discolouring, fading and deformation of the leather.
- Do not expose leather goods to wet, damp or humid conditions or high temperatures. Water can be harmful if it penetrates the leather and can lead to the appearance of bubbles or marks which cannot be removed.
- Refrain from using products such as waxes or polishes as they may leave the surface of the leather sticky, attracting dirt and causing irreversible damage.
- Clean leather with a soft cloth and warm, mild soapy water but ensure that the cloth is thoroughly wrung out so it feels very slightly damp and gently wipe the surface of the leather. Repeat using clean water.

- Leather embossing uses heat and foil to create unique, bespoke treasured pieces.
- Our in-house craftsmen ensures that the leather emboss on your product is as durable as possible.
- You may notice small raised dots in the foil emboss which is simply due to the textured surface of the leather.
- As with all leathers, the skin will age naturally and the emboss may fade slightly over time so try to avoid the leather being scuffed against hard surfaces.
- To keep leather embossed goods looking their best, we recommend storing in a dust bag or box.
Art & Paper

- Our art pieces and paper goods are made with the highest quality materials. However paper, colour and ink may naturally fade over time.
- To ensure optimum protection on these pieces, always keep it away from damp, heat and direct sunlight.
