Orders x Payments

When you find a product you would like to purchase, click
on the 'Add to cart' button and it will appear in your shopping cart. To review
your order
click on the shopping bag symbol in the top right corner of the website where
you can remove items and change quantities. Once you are happy with your order
click ‘Checkout’. You will then be asked
to provide your name, email and shipping address. Once completed click
‘Continue’ and you will be taken through to our secure payment pages hosted by
Shopify where you will need to enter payment details. On completion of the
order an automated email with a summary of the items you have purchased will be
sent to you confirming your transaction. -
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during exceptionally busy periods there may be a short delay. The best way to track delivery is via your Wue account.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If a product is temporarily out of stock

From time to time, we offer special promotions and discounts using unique codes which can be activated at checkout. To apply a discount, place all the items you wish to order in your 'Shopping Cart' and click ‘Checkout’. You will then be redirected to the
order summary page where you can add the code into the ‘Gift card or discount code’ box visible on the right hand side.We share our latest offers via our website, newsletter and social media. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel the order before it has been made and packed or dispatched. If it is too late to cancel and the item arrives with you, you will need to follow our returns process to return the order to us for a refund.

UK
We aim
to deliver all mainland UK orders
within 3-5 working days on Standard Delivery. We also offer Tracked Service which usually delivers in 1-2 working days and an Express Delivery option which delivers next day if you place an order before 1pm. Most items sent via standard delivery can be posted through a letter box but tracked or express deliveries may require a signature so if you are not in to receive the parcel in person, the courier will leave a card explaining how to rearrange delivery or collection. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or during busy times

‘Is this a gift’ – please tick yes and you will be able to add a gift message
and prices will be removed from the invoice. -
We make every effort to get your order dispatched within 2-3 working

your order to make a return. You
are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use
a trusted recorded delivery service. The cost of the return postage is the
responsibility of the customer. Returns after 14 days are not permitted. Please
ensure items are returned in original condition with all packaging included. If
an item is not returned in original condition, you will be contacted by
customer service and the item returned to you.Please note that we cannot accept

Refunds will be processed within 3
days of receipt, via the original payment method.An important note on customs
charges: For international returns (EU & Rest of the World), please ensure
parcels are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ in
order to avoid customs charges and VAT when

customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning item. If goods are held
by UK customs due to shipment errors it will not be possible for us to
process a refund. -
Unfortunately, we are unable to
process exchanges, if you would like to exchange an item in your order, please
return your original item and place a new order online. -

number and a photo within 7 days of receiving your order. Items which have been
damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident,
or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. -
